1. Introduction
Welcome to Urgent2K, a community finance, wallet, support, and trust platform operated by Hustle 360 Ltd. Urgent2K includes Community+, Circles, Susu, Funds, Wallet, support plans, and trust-history features ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using Urgent2K (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. Definitions
- "Supporter" – A user who offers funds, backs a Fund, participates in a Circle/Susu, or otherwise gives structured support through the Platform.
- "Member requesting support" – A user who requests support, creates a Fund, joins a Susu, or receives funds through a support plan.
- "Support Plan" – A user-to-user financial arrangement facilitated by the Platform with agreed amount, return rate, schedule, and terms.
- "Fund" – A community-backed goal where multiple supporters can make offers and the creator can accept selected terms.
- "Susu" – A rotating savings cycle within a Circle where members contribute and receive payouts according to disclosed rules.
- "Trust Score" – A numerical or summary representation of a user's platform behavior, including returns, wallet activity, support-plan history, Fund/Susu activity, and missed commitments.
3. Platform Role & Limitations

Hustle 360 Ltd is a technology platform provider only. We do NOT lend money, guarantee support plans,
or provide financial advice. All support plans are user-to-user transactions between users.
3.1 What We Do
- Provide a platform for users to request support, give support, create Funds, join Circles, run Susu cycles, and use wallet features
- Track support-plan agreements, payment schedules, and transaction history
- Calculate and display trust scores or trust indicators based on platform behavior
- Facilitate payments through third-party payment processors
- Send reminders and notifications about upcoming returns, wallet actions, account security, and platform activity
3.2 What We Do NOT Do
- Lend money or act as a financial institution
- Guarantee support-plan return or user creditworthiness
- Provide investment advice or recommendations
- Pursue legal action on behalf of supporters for unpaid support plans
- Insure or protect supporters against missed commitments, failed returns, failed Susu contributions, or Fund losses
4. User Responsibilities
4.1 Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining
the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
All users must complete identity verification using their National Identification Number (NIN) or Bank
Verification Number (BVN). This is required by Nigerian law and helps prevent fraud.
4.3 Supporter Responsibilities
- Conduct your own due diligence before lending
- Understand that support plans may not be repaid
- Only lend what you can afford to lose
- Set fair, legal, and clearly disclosed return rates and terms
- Comply with all applicable lending laws
4.4 Member Requesting Support Responsibilities
- Repay support plans according to agreed terms
- Maintain accurate contact information
- Communicate proactively if unable to complete returns, Susu contributions, or other commitments
- Understand that missed commitments may affect your trust score, visibility, and future access to support
- Only borrow what you can realistically repay
5. Credit Scoring System
Your trust score or trust indicators on Urgent2K may be calculated based on:
- On-time return and wallet history
- Total number of support plans taken and repaid
- Number of active support plans, Funds, Susu commitments, or other obligations
- Missed commitment history
- Length of account history
- KYC verification status
Trust scores or trust indicators may be visible visible to help supporters make informed decisions. Scores update automatically
as you complete transactions on the Platform.
6. Prohibited Activities
You may NOT use the Platform to:
- Engage in fraudulent activities or money laundering
- Provide false information or impersonate others
- Charge return rates exceeding legal limits
- Use the Platform for commercial lending without proper licensing
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- Attempt to manipulate trust scores, wallet records, Susu records, Fund records, reviews, or platform history
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
7. Payment Processing
We use third-party payment processors (Flutterwave, Paystack, Monnify) to facilitate transactions.
By using the Platform, you agree to their respective terms of service.
We may charge transaction or service fees for payment processing and platform features. Current fees are displayed before you confirm applicable transactions.
8. Liability & Disclaimers

LENDING MONEY CARRIES RISK. BORROWERS MAY DEFAULT. HUSTLE 360 LTD IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Missed commitments, failed returns, failed contributions, or non-payment by users
- Loss of principal or interest
- Accuracy of user-provided information
- Disputes between users, supporters, Fund creators, Circle members, or Susu participants
- Third-party payment processor failures
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW,
HUSTLE 360 LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
9. Dispute Resolution
Disputes between users should be resolved directly between the parties. We may provide tools to facilitate
communication but are not obligated to mediate or resolve disputes.
If you cannot resolve a dispute with another user, you may pursue legal remedies under Nigerian law.
10. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms of Service
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Fail to complete KYC verification
- Have outstanding disputes or unpaid obligations
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or
in-app notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
